Know your rights
We at Tight Life aim to be fair. Use the following guidelines to assist you with rights regarding our Terms and Conditions.
Our policy lasts 7 days. Hence, you may return the product within 7 days for a full refund, if our conditions are met.
To complete your return:
- Email email@example.com and notify us of your intentions.
- Fill in the returns policy form on our website tightlife.com.au
- Ship the order back to Tight Life
You are entitled to a remedy if:
1. The item was faulty.
An item is faulty if:
- The product does not do what it’s normally supposed to do.
- The product has a defect.
- The product is unacceptable in appearance or finish.
2. If you only found the fault after you used it.
You are not entitled to a remedy if:
- You examined the item before buying and didn’t find defects you should have noticed
- You used the item in an ‘abnormal’ way
- You have used the item for a very long time (7 days).
Refunds (if available):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase. If you want to cancel your order, please notify email@example.com before sending back your order.
Upon notification of the cancelation, the sum of your order will be refunded to you as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days of your cancellation.
Please Note: The return of the product is made at your own cost.
If you want to make a complaint contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as the damages are noticed, but no later than 7 days after the damage/fault has been identified.
Once a complaint is made, an investigation of the product will be conducted. In order to manage this efficiently, evidence of the damage should be communicated to Tight Life as soon as possible.
You will be contacted within 7 days of receiving this notification and be made aware of the pending decision.
The return of the defect product will be made at your own cost.
The prices of our products are charged in Australian Dollars.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

What does Shopify do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, Shopify collects the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, Shopify also automatically receives your computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide them with information that helps them learn about your browser and operating system.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, Shopify imply that you consent to them collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or timelier sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. Modifications to the service and prices
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
